Run by the members, not mentors

Our goal is to offer middle and high school students an opprotunity to work with robotics technologies hands-on, helping them learn to succeed in the world of engineering through both their successes and failures. By allowing the members to fail, we teach them to learn from their mistakes and improve on it next time, which can only be done through the hands-off method of mentorship we value on this team.
